Where are you located?

We're located at 3525 TX-21, Madisonville, TX 77864. Visit our Contact page for directions.

How does local pickup work?

Place your order online, then select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll have your order ready within 2–4 hours during store hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's ready — just bring your order number and we'll load it up for you.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

When should I order to receive by Christmas?

We recommend placing shipping orders by December 18 to ensure delivery before Christmas. For local pickup, orders can be placed right up until we close on December 24.

Do you ship fresh trees?

Fresh trees are available for local pickup only — they can't be shipped. Browse our full tree selection online and pick your favorite up at our Madisonville location.

Where do your Christmas trees come from?

We hand-select our trees from trusted growers across the region. Every tree is inspected for fullness, shape, and freshness before making it to our lot. We only carry trees we'd put in our own living rooms.

What's your return policy?

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Fresh trees and perishable items are final sale, but all other products can be returned in original condition.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for in-store and local pickup orders. Just add a note to your order or ask our team when you arrive. We love making gifts extra special.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In-store, we also accept cash.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at our contact page or call us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed. Once shipped, modifications can't be made.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your payment information on our servers.
